Whirlpool chooses SuccessFactors solutions to drive employee initiatives

Whirlpool, a manufacturer and marketer of home appliances, has selected SuccessFactors's performance and talent management suite to guide the company's global strategic human resources initiatives.

Whirlpool would use SuccessFactors's on-demand software to standardize and streamline its global performance management practices, create an effective succession and goal management strategy, and develop a competency assessment and development program to help employees grow and succeed.
