Helping customers get started, stay current and maximize the value of configuration control in their environment, the new services system provides complete remote administration and maintenance of Tripwire Enterprise, ensuring consistency and performance, lowering the total cost of ownership of the system.
According to Tripwire, Remote Operations includes ongoing operation and maintenance of Tripwire Enterprise through the completion of scheduled daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual activities; data collection and report distribution; periodic account reviews to ensure maximum value; patching and all upgrades, allowing customers to leverage new functionality.
