HP unveils new services for enterprises

Provides organisations with transformational consulting services

HP has introduced new services that enable enterprises to integrate, manage and govern complex multivendor environments, resulting in reduced risk and costs.

The new HP Service Integration and Management offering gives enterprises a single view into multisourced services and provides organisations with consulting services.

The new HP service delivers improved service performance, decreased service disruption and related business risks, reduced IT maintenance costs and helps clients improve availability and management of services.

The HP IT Performance Suite of software in combination with HP Service Integration and Management helps clients establish an enterprise-wide governance and business service operating model that improves IT performance, simplifies management and meets compliance requirements, says the company.

With the new service, organisations can develop the right supplier integration and management roadmap to achieve business goals.
The HP Service Integration and Management Roadmap Service helps clients simplify management of multiple suppliers to reduce risks and costs associated with compliance regulations.

HP Software senior vice-president Hans Peter-Klaey said the lack of visibility into services delivered by multiple suppliers, including those from cloud providers, leads to inconsistent service levels across the organisation and increases IT management risk and costs.

"Our new offering gives organizations the processes and tools needed for improved insight and better governance of all suppliers, while reducing complexity and cost," said Hans.
