GroundWork launches free enterprise monitoring tool for NPO, open source projects

Full version of GroundWork Monitor NPO available for qualifying organisations

GroundWork has released its GroundWork Monitor NPO for non-profit organisations and open source projects.

GroundWork is an open platform for network, application and cloud management.

Offering the full version of GroundWork Monitor Enterprise, NPO is available for qualifying organisations that would otherwise not be able to afford enterprise-class monitoring offerings said GroundWork.

GroundWork Monitor NPO is free for use by qualifying non-profit organizations, charities and open source projects who meeting the following non-profit and open source criteria and are approved by GroundWork.

Non-profit criteria includes: non-profit; non-government; non-academic; non-commercial; non-political; and secular.

Open source project criteria includes: established code base; publicly available project website; and using an approved open source license.

GroundWork CEO and co-founder Dave Lilly said there are a number of great organisations that are making a difference in this world, that need all the features of an enterprise monitoring technology, but just cannot afford it.

Lilly continued, "Our goal is to not only provide these organisations with free access to GroundWork's software, but give back to the open source project community that has helped build GroundWork into the world-class enterprise monitoring product it is today."
